Before using Quanta X1 Pro, check the operating environment, safe distance, and payload requirements, and review the warranty terms.

Before using the product, check that the operating environment, payload, installation conditions, and safe distance meet the requirements. In the event of an abnormal condition or emergency, stop the equipment immediately and resume operation only after the risk has been eliminated.

Safety Precautions

  1. This robot is only suitable for use on smooth indoor surfaces. Do not use it on steep slopes, stairs, or outdoors.

  2. Operate the robot within the specified payload limits. Exceeding the specified payload will shorten the product's service life and may damage the equipment.

  3. Do not disassemble or repair this product yourself without professional training. If the product malfunctions, contact X Square Robot technical support engineers promptly.

  4. Maintain a safe distance from the robot during use. Do not attempt to physically stop the robot or pull on its robotic arms, as this may cause injury.

  5. When handling and installing the robot, place and remove the equipment correctly according to the operating instructions to avoid damaging the robot.

Product Warranty and Disclaimer

Warranty Policy

1. Within 7 calendar days from the date you sign for receipt of the product, you may apply for a return, replacement, or free repair if the product has a performance failure.

2. For products purchased through e-commerce channels, you may apply for a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, provided that there is no user-caused damage and the product packaging, manual, and accessories are complete.

3. From the 8th to the 15th calendar day after you sign for receipt of the product, you may apply for a replacement or free repair if the product has a performance failure caused by a manufacturing defect.

4. Warranty period: The complete unit is covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the date you sign for receipt.

Exclusions

Eligibility for free warranty service is automatically forfeited in the following circumstances. The Company may provide paid repair services:

  1. Faults occurring after the warranty period has expired.

  2. Failure to provide a Three Guarantees warranty certificate and a valid invoice.

  3. The warranty certificate does not match the product model identification, or the warranty certificate has been altered.

  4. Damage caused by human factors: collision, dropping, liquid ingress, crushing, or overloading.

  5. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, firmware flashing, or third-party repair.

  6. Faults caused by the use of non-original accessories.

  7. Consumables: batteries, flexible outer skin, tires, decorative outer covers, lubricating grease, and similar items.

  8. Faults caused by failure to operate in accordance with the product manual.

  9. Faults caused by force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, war, etc.).

  10. Faults caused by use in abnormal environments (high temperature, high humidity, corrosive environments, strong magnetic fields, complex terrain, etc.).

Some parameters may vary between older and newer product versions. The actual parameters are subject to the signed contract.
